American Vision Baths

My husband and I needed to replace our old tub with a walk-in-tub (he had just gotten out of the hospital and now uses a wheelchair and walker and I have not been able to go to my swim therapy sessions because of needing to care for him). We initially contacted Safe-Step but the sales rep was extremely rude and we asked him to leave our home. We then found the number for Kohler/American Vision Baths. Daniel Cusimano, the Sales rep, was fabulous and knowledgeable from the first smile and handshake. The men who came out to do the installation were very courteous, hardworking and understanding of my husbands needs (we could not let them leave the door open while bringing things in and out even though it would have been more convenient for them). They needed to take off the bathroom door and frame work and replaced it so well that you can't tell they needed to do that. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard to get everything done in 2 days rather than the estimated 3. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with American Vision Baths. I just had a Kohler walk-in tub installed by this company and the new tub and wall tiles are absolutely stunning. Jerry the installer arrived on time despite the long drive from San joe about 1.5 hours. He does everything in perfection especially the window trims above the tub, cleans up thoroughly. I recently hired American Vision to install a standing shower. Jerry and David did a great job demoing and installing the new shower. It was also very nice working with Dan, the project manager. The staff were on-time each day and finished a high-quality job ahead of schedule. I was particularly impressed with them cleaning the work area after each day of work and paying attention to the details. Great job guys and look forward to hiring them on our next project.
