Tile Club

I have finally found a place where I can order my custom mosaic. The whole process of explaining their customer service rep what I need and getting back pictures of sample for approval took only 6 days. I cant express how amazed I was with their speed and efficiency. I hope they will produce the actual order as promised.

Love their customer service. The selection of mosaics is just insane. I was able to find tiles and mosaics for both of my bathrooms. But the best part of shopping with Tileclub is their customer service. I wasnt happy with several pieces of mosaics and it took me only 10 mins to order a replacement with customer service. They expedited the replacement pieces and I didnt have to delay my project even for a day. The whole experience was very smooth and the person I spoke to was very polite and professional.

I had a very smooth shopping experience with Tileclub and customer service was very nice and helpful. I am giving 4 stars only because of the 2 days delay of my package. I wish they used a better carrier than Fedex.

Two mosaic sheets out of 65 got damaged. I emailed their support, and they got back to me the same day. I am glad I informed them on time looks like customers must make a claim within 72 hours after delivery. They are replacing the damaged sheets. I am glad that they solved my issue right away.

My builder recommended Tile Club, so I ordered porcelain tiles for my bathroom floor and shower. Ashley from their customer service center was super helpful and calculated the qty of boxes I needed. Highly recommend!
