I suspect the prior negative reviews are for a different Vulcan or a less than quality competitor. I've worked this Vulcan Construction for more than a decade and have no complaints. They have always been very professional and thorough with their bidding process. The workmanship has met the high standards of both the Landlords and Tenants, while meeting all the hurdles and requirements of city planning and building for the various cities here in the bay area.

I have used Vulcan construction twice in the last five years for commercial projects. I have been completely satisfied with their prices, quality of work, professionalism and friendliness for the workers. The first project was the addition of a conference room. The construction on a complete remodel of my building was only a year and a half old. My tenant notified me needed the room built fast. Vulcan worked with our designer and architect to complete the addition on time and with excellent workmanship. The operations manager of my building has told me multiple times how satisfied she is with the addition, and how well it fits on with the previous construction. (See photo) The second project we used Vulcan for was a complete new sewer line replacement for our building. Our existing sewer line was decades old and we needed a few hundred feet replaced. Vulcan coordinated quick replacement of the line during the holiday season and even worked on weekends to not disturb my tenant. After the replacement, they coordinated replacement and repavement of our parking lot. They even provided a luxury portable toilets for our tenants employees on the days when the sewer could not be used. I am very particular about quality of work and always do lots of research before I make any decisions on moving forward on any project. Vulcan provided service, workmanship, and service beyond my expectations.
