Hello, we are so sorry that you felt this way. The appointment is made for four weeks later as it takes the appliance(not a brace) to come back from lab is 4 to 5 weeks. As told by the staff it will take four weeks for us to receive the appliance. We will call you as soon as possible after receiving the appliance in the office. Also none of patients are forced in to any of the treatments without patients consent. Its is such a long procedure ,it cannot be done without the patients approval. I am very sorry that you felt that way. Kindly feel free to call your insurance to confirm your coverage. The office always follow the insurance guidelines and they were followed in your case as well. About the future testing is recommended as a guideline from the physicians who referred you our office, and we are all trying to take care of it in a right way. Also as mentioned earlier , if the appliance comes to the office you will get the call on the same day. Thankyou for your understanding.
