        I got my ACLS there and highly recommend this place. After completing the online part, I showed up on the scheduled date and time for the skills test (which took 20 min!). Very clear instructions and organized.

        Didnt pass the first time with voice activated mannequin. Needed a remote live person to help. Seems my hand placement was the problem. The first time I just kept trying to push harder. It really helped having the person talking me through it, Other than the compression problem, the class was good. The room is small and very warm. I opened the windows which helped. When I started counting it seemed to disturb the man in the next office; he started waking odd sounds. You might want to contact the manager and see if there are complaints or let surrounding offices know the days schedule. Anyway, thanks for getting me through!

        I was not sure what to expect when I arrived and didnt see anyone around. Just a locked door. I called the 800 number and spoke with a representative who gave me the code to enter. The whole process went faster and easier than I thought (based on prior experience) I would definitely recommend this newer way of getting the license. Especially if it is for renewal or those who do well without lots of people around and can self direct. I look forward to this again in 2 years Thank you Mitch N
