Just saw a sponsored FB ad using the kids Halloween parade. I'm sure no parents were informed. Really unsafe using them for advertising while also disclosing their location in the process

I studied with Halle for a little over a year and found her lessons to be very engaging and helpful.  She was incredibly flexible with my schedule and always worked to accommodate me whenever possible.  Halle was a pleasure to work with and look forward to continuing sometime soon.

I've had to take some time off from class do to my personal schedule.  Halle has been very patient and flexible with my schedule.  She has been helpful in trying to keep me progressing while I've been traveling so I wouldn't lose everything we have been working on.  It has been wonderful to have her tailor my lessons to keep challenging my AND accommodate my schedule.

Halle taught my daughters and I on two occasions and we were looking forward to having regular sessions throughout the school year.  However, she cancelled last minute three times in a row with "emergencies."  Therefore, she not only wasted my time, my daughters' time, but also my parents' time as they scheduled a vacation to accommodate her "availability."  We will be looking elsewhere for professional French instruction by a dedicated teacher.  This was certainly very disappointing.

I took lessons from Halle for only a month, but as a beginner with no previous knowledge of French, I found her introduction to the language very helpful. She covered a variety of topics, from verb conjugation to French culture, and answered all questions clearly. However, I wish I had asked Halle to distribute more time toward grammar instruction instead of having me memorize a list of vocab words during the lesson; there were times when she was left idle while I memorized words, which didn't seem to be a full utilization of our time together. Also, I recommend asking her to quiz you on specific words at the beginning of each lesson. All in all, I think Halle is a great teacher for anyone who wants to learn French! I wish I had more time to receive more in-depth instruction.
