Shai came to the property to go over the plan and bid on the project. He was very attentive and it was clear he knew what he was doing. Cal Green Remodeling team handled the permit, the build, engineering plans, inspection, procurement of materials and all the finishes. The house is over a 100 years old so we uncovered a few surprises hidden in the walls as we went. However, the team worked with us on new challenges and ensured that the quality of the final work was not compromised. The team went above and beyond and the final work is both beautiful and functional. The addition is a source of pride for our family. At the end of the project, the crew was as proud of the work as we were and it's always a pleasure to work with pros who are great at what they do. I would hire this team again, as they understand how to handle complex projects.

What started as a simple update became a large project that involved remodeling 3 bathrooms, upgrading the kitchen, changing the flooring for the entire house, and painting!

I had them come out for a quote. We talked through the project and then their estimator said that he provide a quote within a week. I did not hear from them again. I would at least expect a call back, email or text expressing their desire to decline services.

Shai helped us remodel our bathroom and convert some attic space into a closet. He is very professional and was hands on with helping us select materials and offering ideas/feedback. The folks he brought in were generally all great as well. Had a couple minor communication hiccups like walls having too much texture, but the issue was always addressed promptly, and in that example the very next day. His bid was on the higher end, which he was not shy about, but he stuck to that amount through the project!
