As Home Owner of a toll brothers construction located at 3578 Rambla Pl, Santa Clara, CA. 95051 The property is horribly built with abysmal customer service, either from the builder or just my customer support, Angelina Prophett. I have no idea. The dryer has had issues since moving in, and it is still not fixed. An incompetent technician came out and told me to keep removing lint from the conduit. So basically, every time after I run one cycle of the dryer, I need to get a ladder and climb to the back of the dryer to get rid of lint from the conduit that runs to the ceiling. The problem worsened, but my customer service then basically told me - too bad, you are out of warranty now. The washer is leaking water. I was provided with a $500 microwave in the unit instead of the $3500 one that I paid for. The 220V electrical circuit needed for it is not in place. I received a quote of $35,000 to fix that electrical circuit. It has been almost three years since I moved in, and nothing has been resolved. I will not be purchasing anything from Toll in my lifetime.
