Generally a decent place, except for the breakfast. Its not about what was served, but from where. Food is brought from-through a restroom. Apparently their lobby layout is not well thought out OR the staff is finding it convenient to get the food through a restroom. Food & drinks: Very basic hot food (sausage and egg). Not good coffee either.

THEY DO NOT REFUND DEPOSIT PAYMENT!! I stayed in the hotel 16 days ago and they told me that my deposit payment of $200 is cancelled at the day of check-out. They dont respond my messages until now and my bank does not see any transaction in the system. They dont care about customer and never checked their system to control the transaction.

I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are well kept and there is daily housekeeping. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is advertised as continental, but it actually has egg dishes, sausages, yogurt, etc., so it's even more valuable than that. It's close to the airport and sightseeing spots (Apple Visitor Center, downtown), and is conveniently located for using Uber, buses, and Santa Clara Station. This time I stayed on the 1st floor, but I could hear quite a bit of noise from the 2nd floor (the sound of dragging chairs and footsteps), so if that bothers you, please request a room on the 2nd floor.

Booked a reservation using my points for a free night, when I got there the lady wad trying to charge me. I was in the lobby for about 30 minutes just trying to check in. After checking in she gave me room 204 and was infested with ants. I went down and she gave me a new room 105. It still had ants but not as much. Around midnight I saw that the desposit had barley hit. Its been 10 days today and the deposit is still pending. I have called 3 days in a row and the manager is never there. This is the worst best western I have been to and im a Best Western employee. I stayed in Menlo Park the night before and got my deposit within 2 days. This place is horrible.
