My review is way past overdue~ I'm very surprised there is only 1 other review other than mine. I've been with Global Pro for almost 3 years now since I changed over from Farmers and til this day I'm satisfied with everything they've offered which includes their excellent customer service. My only complaint is that I didn't switch sooner!My agent, Paul Lee, who has assisted me with every possible request/question/complaint you could think of, would be the main reason I don't find myself surfing for better options out there. As a business owner, I've been confronted with many different obstacles and challenges which fortunately have been resolved (with ease) with the help of my insurance agent and his team. Richard (the V.P) is also very friendly and easy to discuss matters with, which helps out a lot when you need deeper advice for legal matters. Global Pro is my first review out of all vendors I deal with on a daily basis because they sure do deserve the acknowledgement. There are so many different insurance companies out there to choose from and it's not only the price tag that clients/business owners should be sensitive about. In the end, it's definitely the level of customer service which differentiates them apart. With Global Pro, you will be assisted from start to finish with top notch service. Global Pro Insurance has thousands of clients so I'm honored to write their first review.  They take care of my CPA firm's insurance needs and their service is top notch.  They're an independent broker so they'll shop at dozens of insurance carriers for you to get you the best deal.
