Very dishonest auto insurance brokers. I had Auto & Home insurance by Safeco Insurance, through Nhuy Insurance & Financial Agency. Due to 40 % increase in Premium, I switched to AAA Insurance and contacted Safeco to give notice. Safeco told me to inform Nhuys Ins. Nhuys told me they don't have my record!!! to follow through.
Yet after 2 months Nhuys sending me a overdue payment invoice ( They now have my record to bill me; to cancel the insurance they did not have my account!!!) when I am already with AAA insurance.
Luckily, I had record of all email correspondence. Inspite of forwarding proof of contacting both Nhuys & Safeco, they had the cheap audacity to send my suppose bill for collection agency.
Of course, I forwarded the proof of my current AAA coverage with the starting dates and copies of correspondences to the Collection agency. Unbelievable crude service.
