Thanks to Silvia, her professionalism, patience, and kindness I was able to sign up for the insurance plan that not only worked for my budget but ended up providing me with timely and much needed treatment for a serious health condition.  I cannot recommend Be Well enough for helping me through the maze of plans and Covered CA's notoriously inefficient website and procedures.  There was no way I could have gotten through the process on my own.  If I could give more stars to Silvia and her invaluable company's services, I would not hesitate!Linh N.

What incredible customer service! Sylvia and her staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Even though she couldn't provide the service that I needed, she went out of her way to try to find someone that could. Sylvia is the best. She waded through the quagmire of paperwork involved with Medicare and supplemental insurance and came up with three extremely cost-effective options for me to choose from. We discussed these, she answered all my questions, and we arrived at a plan that is both flexible and comprehensive to what I need. She went the extra mile. I'll definitely recommend her to anyone that needs any kind of insurance.
