Solid five star agent! I feel obliged to write this review to show our gratitude to Bins great work during our recent collaboration with her. We were lucky to have Bin as our agent! Truly amazing. Bin makes us feel that she places our interests on top. She is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and the loan market. Bin would suggest strategical offer prices instead of just adding huge amount of money above asking price and still get us the winning bid. She even decisively and successfully helped us pull out of a contract when the market is turning (instead of just getting her commission money which is already on the table for her), and still got our earnest money back! Bin is a great negotiator and communicator, and is always pleasant to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for buyer agent who can help you find your dream house while not over-bidding it:)
