Time Change Roofing is excellent. I met with or got bids from 7 different roofing companies when I needed a new roof on my house. I felt great about Mario from Time Change Roofing from the time he came to do his inspection and take measurements for an estimate. He was professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about roofing. The bid from Time Change Roofing was competitive and included all of the things I needed and requested to be included- gutters, soffits and fascias. Mario is a great person and business person and I felt confident in working with him from the start. They were able to get the job started in a short time at my request, and they also pulled the permits from the City and got the inspections scheduled in a timely manner so things stayed on schedule and didn’t drag out. Mario was always quick to respond to my messages or calls, and was excellent to work with. He gave me regular updates and also sent photos during the process and after completion. The roof, eaves and gutters all turned out fantastic and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly, highly recommend Mario with Time Change Roofing! Time Change Roofing’s owner, Mario Sanchez is not the usual salesman with the whole sales pitch. He doesn’t talk much but he provides a detailed contract. I've been ask who did the roof because they did such a terrific job. The gutters complement the roof. And they didn't cut any corners. And they used the best materials.
