Efficient, automated, proactive communications in tax changes that I have benefitted from, responsive if I have a question. To get the most out of any firm, you have to be pretty organized, set up planning session/s during a slow period. Pretty good from a vanilla S-Corp and 1040 Schedule E perspective. It's hard to be expert in everything - I don't know what I don't know but wish they were more proactive in demonstrating their knowledge in Real Estate, retirement, estate taxation (which I know starts to intersect with estate law specialty).

Alpha B has been great to work with! I've been working with them for 4 years and they are better than any accountants I've worked with in the past. I initially reached out to Alpha B because I was working with an accountant who charged me a quarterly fee, but would only provide services at the end of the year. I felt like the services I was getting was not worth the price. Alpha B not only charges a fair price, but they provide way more and far superior services than my old accountant. My accountant, Theresa, is always available when I need help and has given me countless suggestions to help me save money in my business. The tax preparation process at Alpha B is efficient and organized, so I trust that my accounting is in good hands. Overall, Alpha B's accountants are extremely knowledgeable and professional and I always trust that I'm in good hands.
