We had a water loss at our home from a bath remodel gone wrong. Tristin and his team showed up quickly, immediately found where the water was coming from and started the drying process. They contained the area and checked as the drying went on. We met many individuals at RPI and they all had one thing in common; they care about their clients above all else. They communicated well all throughout the time they were in our home. Their invoice came and everything was spelled out clearly so the insurance adjuster understood. The job went as smooth as it could. I have no problem recommending RPI to my friends and family. When you have a broken pipe in your house you need a company like RPI.
