The Paseo at Town Center

Very easy application and move in process. So far, everyone has been very helpful, from Andrew at the front office to the maintenance team, with anything that we may have questions about. Andrew in the front office has been especially helpful from the first call about move in availability and is very hospitable. We love our new home! We will update this review if and when we move out :)

Posting review for Maintenance Technician Montay. He gives 5 star service and makes it feel like a community. He is always pleasant, helpful, listens to the concern and works urgently to get requests completed. Always very friendly, saying hi when out and about around the community. I see him greet everyone and seems to have a great rapport with the other community members as well. Big shout out to him!!!

Been living here for a year, terrible move out experience. Urgent move out, Im responsible for 30days rent and a month rent of penalty feeThats fine, two month of rent, reasonableThen, when I returned they key the stuff was COMPLETELY rude: I asked her if she can put in my move out request just 24hours later in case theres some issue with my flight, and she rejected although Im still paying rent for the next 30 daysSo I asked what happens to my mail, and shes like we dont know you need to ask usps, I can take your usps key theyll just charge you for it -_-. Didnt smile, didnt even let me in the office(she was blocking the door). I paid 5500 dollars for this move out without the permission to just help me keep my key for one more day. I was gonna ask to use the bathroom but before I can stop her she shut the leasing office door in front of me. Worst place Ive ever been, will never come back.

The staff here, from the maintenance team to the managers, make residents feel like they are part of a family. Jen, from the leasing office deserves special recognition. She always goes above and beyond to always be helpful with an attitude that is never short of amazing and positive.
