All Auto Part Store

This is about the Latino outside the store on 11/12/23 who was using a power trimmer. I was parked near where he was working and making phone calls for an emergency auto repair situation. Normally, these Latinos using their leaf blowers etc will stop or pause or go around and come back if they see a person in the vehicle not just because of the noise (or with blowers the dust) but also they spit out little pebbles etc that can chip car paint. This fellow however was NOT so considerate. He was insolent, seemingly almost taking satisfaction in annoying me. Rather than try to debate with him he would probably say "no speak Inglis" I moved to a new location in the same lot. And resume my phone calls when lo and behold here he comes again having gone around the whole building he sees my vehicle again and I'm here in little pebbles again hitting my vehicle click click click. He didn't care at all. Zero percent concern . Maybe even purposely. Is he hired by all the stores for the whole lot ? And they make it impossible to be held accountable. I hope a manager at O'Reilly's will do something about this. It's just freakin insulting to have this happen to a regular customer. I don't deserve to be mistreated by an immigrant with a hedging tool.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Fantastic customer service. I went in to get a new headlights for my old 2008 Saturn. They install them free! It was extremely difficult to get apart to get to both the headlights to insert the bulb but Richard the Store Manager was up to the task. We both worked hard together and he never gave up. We succeeded after over half an hour but I was so very grateful that he was willing to do this! What a wonderful human being! Thank you Richard, I see why you are the Manager, you go over and above to get the job done!
