I was a little hesitant about booking any cleaning service for this carpet of mine because it might have been better to just toss it out. Fortunately I pulled the trigger on hiring Rise floor cleaning to come over and take care of it for me. Very responsive showed up, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this business!

We used Rise to clean all of our carpets, our kitchen tile & grout, and a couch. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did an above-and-beyond job, and all for a fair price! I didnt think our carpets were that dirty until I saw the results - wow! They do not cut corners whatsoever, and they take their time to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I recently had a fantastic experience with Rise Floor Cleaning, My dog had an unfortunate accident and pooped all over the carpet at around 5am which was a total disaster. After searching on Yelp hoping that there was someone that can help me get it cleaned as soon as possible, I decided to call Rise Floor Cleaning. They responded super quickly and they made a last minute appointment to come and clean the carpet on the same day. The employee David arrived right on time and had all of the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies to get the job done right away. David went above and beyond to make sure that my carpet was SPOTLESS and thoroughly cleaned. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to ensure that every stain and spot was removed from the carpet. Not only that, he went above and beyond and even cleaned parts of the carpet that were not visibly stained because I have a dog. I also appreciated how friendly David was and I want to give a huge shoutout to this family owned business for taking the stress out of my day, which was a huge relief considering the circumstances. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Service: Pet stain & odor removal
