I'm surprised HOA is still in business. I wrote a full review on this business years ago. I've had to replace numerous of their "fixes" since their attempt. Billy does not follow up after the check is cashed and refuses to fix even the most basic flaw caused by their lack of expertise. These were done wrong the first time. After trying to contact him numerous times, he referred us to his lawyer who never answered the phone and never called back. Want my recommendation? Find someone else, anyone else. Dont trust Billy.

They installed a foundation for a new shed in our backyard earlier this year. Great work, and patient in answering our questions!!We found out that the city requires a 5ft distance from the fence in order to approve construction of a shed. They were responsive and immediately understood what we were asking them to change to the work plan.Our HOA uses them as their primary contractor, which is how we first heard of the company. The shed foundation is perfect and we would highly recommend to any of our neighbors.When we're ready for our next major renovation project, we'll definitely be looking at quotes from these guys. Awesome company!

Awful experience with this company. About a year ago, I hired them to replace the skirt (siding of my crawl space under my home). They quoted me at about 8 hours to complete the job. Took them over 3 days and they did not even finish sealing off the space. Now 1 year later, Im finding out they installed the wrong materials as my new skirt is already crumbling and falling apart. I also had them install a dryer vent which they also did not seal properly. You also didnt need to cut a 6 hole for a 4 vent I now have a mold issue in my walls near the vent and an even bigger mold issue underneath my house due to the improper sealing and incorrect materials. Awful experience, will not use again. Photos are from this last week to show the issues just 1 year after work was done. You can see the crumbling skirt and the mold growth as well as the oversized cut out for the vent with excessive caulking. Even with all that caulking it still wasnt sealed right.

I am in awe of their services, customer service, dependability, delivery, quality of installation, communication, willingness to go above and beyond and professionalism. Without HOA Specialists construction services I would have not been able to get my large renovation done in the time frame I needed. The first day of work was the demolition phase. The team arrived on time at 9 a.m. and by 1:30 p.m. they were done guttering my condo from top to bottom. They left everything cleaned inside the property and outside as well. They are very mindful of neighbors and always willing to answer any questions. For the first time in my experience with renovations, I have been able to relax and let the professionals do what they do best. I will be coming back for more! Thank you HOA Specialists!!!!!!

Wow! They did it again! I knew I could depend on Billy, owner of HOA Specialists Construction Services to deliver on this project. Replacing the side door to the garage presented a more complex undertaking than meets the eye. As a result of said door not being installed correctly when the house was originally built 43 years ago, every bout of rain became a threat - water would freely enter and flood the garage through that side door. The makeshift options I had put into place over the years failed miserably and only offered a temporary stopgap. When the HOA work team showed up at the appointed day and time without Billy, I soon learned I had underestimated their capabilities. Billy's organizational and management skills proved to be superior - the crew had been trained wisely and well and knew just how to proceed on their own. They were selected for this job on the basis of their individual specialties and as such they would come and go throughout the day as removing the old door and installing the new door dictated. The exceptional work on this side door reflected good judgment and attention to detail which characterized the wizardry of this talented team who worked tirelessly and diligently. Cutting through the wall, building the cement step, knocking out the stucco and refining the exterior fitting was all in a day's work by Billy's talented team. I will borrow a sentence from David N's review stating "Incredible company with down to earth owner and employees who take pride in their work." The crew was dependable, hard working, and courteous, leaving the garage in immaculate condition. In short I couldn't be more pleased with my new door - Billy's experience, expertise, and professionalism are written all over it. I have been given peace of mind - I enthusiastically await the next rainstorm. Light rains will no longer create apprehension. For any and all renovations or construction projects you may have in mind, you can entrust Billy of HOA Specialists Construction Services to do a beautiful job.
