Dr. Hatter is a DeltaCare Medicare provider, however when I went in she would only do a "deep cleaning" for over $400.  She would not do any other work unless I agreed to the deep cleaning. Totally unacceptable for a senior on a fixed income.

The staff here are outstanding! Incredibly nice and educated. Dr. Hattar was so informative and was able to get my filling cleaned out and refilled in no time. She makes sure that you understand everything that going to happen before she begins. So glad I was referred here! Thank you

The so called office manager has challenges with providing basic patient service with his pompous attitude. He lacks the urgency of return phone call and then he voices his ill temper. Not very good calling card, there's plenty of great dental offices who value customer service. No need for this sort of nonsense period.
