Chris is the last honest mold and asbestos environmental inspector, and he's local to me! If you've ever encountered a mold problem in your home or place of business, you've probably dealt with a bunch of crooks in the mold remediation industry, everyone from the remediation company to the mold test guy who either works for, or is in bed with, the remediation guys. Chris is the only mold test guy you should use. Highly knowledgeable, very thorough, and most importantly, very honest. He will deliver results without the headache and BS that I encountered with several other local companies in SCV. It is VERY important that the mold test guy doesn't work for a mold remediation company. Chris only tests for mold and asbestos, so there is no conflict of interest. His job is strictly to check and inspect, both pre and post remediation, and he will not give a pass if there is any issue.I highly recommend Mailman Environmental. Don't put your health at risk with other companies who claim they are the biggest and best.
