        Good: Sasha (the buff chick with the cool tattoos) and the other staff are incredible! The gym is super clean usually. Bad: PEOPLE DO NOT RACK THEIR WEIGHTS OR PUT THEIR EQUIPMENT AWAY WHEN THEY ARE DONE, I WISH THE STAFF WOULD ENFORCE THIS RULE.

        DO NOT EVER SIGN UP AT THIS FACILITY! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND CONTINUE BILLING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

        This Anytime fitness location is great. Impeccably clean, very well maintained and has a great atmosphere. They have all the equipment I could ever need and do a great job of managing the place. I live in Saugus and really enjoy the option of getting to a gym that is quick, close and smaller then some of the larger gyms on the edges of town.
