Christine is the BEST! Had received notice that prior home insurer of 33 years (Allstate) was canceling our policy, along with all others in our area, due the brush fire risk in our community. Our Allstate agent for those many years never even reached out to discuss options, until after Allstate cancelled the policy. Thankfully, Christine came my way, by recommendation. Christine reviewed our prior coverage and discussed the current insurance environment with us (something our previous agent never volunteered to do) to educate us on what would be optimal for our current living standard. Surprisingly, or not, lots has significantly changed in recent years, and it was advisable for us to rethink some of our old insurance assumptions. Christine expeditiously scoured all possible fire insurance options for us to see if we could, in any way possible, avoid the California Fair Plan Option. When we made our final coverage decisions, I was confident that all considerations were factored in and that Christine had our best interests in mind...and we made sound and informed choices. Best of all, Christine is SO easy to work with and has an incredible depth of knowledge.
