This is the second time working with Keith and Laurie, and, just like the first time around, things could not have gone better or smoother. This time he helped our son buy his first house, and we cosigned. Our son shopped around, and, although Keith did not have the lowest interest rate, his superb service won our son over. The communication from Keith and Laurie is top notch, and they are transparent and upfront about everything. At no point were we pressured, nor did we ever feel like we were jumping through hoops. If something was needed by underwriting, Laurie explained exactly why it was needed. From start to finish the level of service never diminished. It was truly a pleasure working with Keith and Laurie again! We have 3 other children, and will not hesitate to reach out to them when the time comes.
