        Had a problem with our order, and there was no one to talk to. Put on hold, and the call never went through. I drove to the store to talk to somebody and was told that since the order was placed on the app, there was nothing they could do. Whether it's the store itself or Papa John's is beside the point. The food was bad, and so was the service.

        Don't know what happened in the last 6 months but the quality of the food has declined. They completely changed my once favorite boneless chicken bites for significantly smaller dryer bites damn near inedible. And the pizza was cold crust is not the same as well terrible. Never eating at papa jhons again.
