Lyndsie Dellefield the "senior community manager" is extremely rude when calling in to ask for updates on applications and over $200 worth of checks that were submitted to them for HOA requests. I submitted an HOA application back in the beginning of December and have had no response or communication from them. I completely understand HOA takes some time to review but it has now February. When I call her direct line to ask for an update she gives me attitude and is very sarcastic. That's no way to be talking to someone.

Noelia, the HOA manager for here at Old Orchard Condominiums is the worst. She doesn't do anything to help the situation. We had water pouring out of our ceiling in several spots from the home owner above us flooding his unit, and when I needed to discuss our options and get out water damage fixed, she never would return our calls that she said she would do on several occasions. She is now avoiding our calls and emails. We have made several attempts to contact her and nothing in return. The night of the flooding, myself and the home owner above called the emergency line at First Residential to ask where the water turn off was so that we could stop the water from doing any more damage. We were both told there was nothing they could do for us. Very unprofessional. They sure want to charge an arm and a leg for HOA fees, but never want to help. Even in an emergency. We had to call the fire department to come turn the water off. Ridiculous!! And this building looks like a dump most of the time. Landscaping is terrible. Always trash and litter around the grounds and in the bushes all over the building and dog feces in certain areas that sits there forever before its cleaned up. If it's ever cleaned up. The place is disgustingly dirty. The walls and carpets in the hallway are so dirty and smell like mildew when they are stamed cleaned and there are stains everywhere. For the amount of HOA fees we pay, you would think this place would be kept up better. We need a new HOA company desperately.
