Mark is solely responsible for the mismanagement and destruction of my parents Simi Valley home. It was in perfect condition upon hiring him and our tenants were very vocal and direct with him regarding needs of the home and he repeatedly ignored their requests. It is only upon the tenants moving out that I am finding out just how negligent he has been over the course of 5 years. Numerous pipes are leaking, basic plumbing has gone unaddressed, a magical gardener he hired has never appeared so much as a branch or blade of grass, leading to overgrown foliage. The AC condenser line has also been leaking causing water damage that needs to be addressed. All the while he has been charging me full price, has not produced any records of repairs, and will ultimately cause us thousands upon thousands of dollars, jeopardizing my parent's retirement and leaving us with unlimited liability. I cannot express my anger when he asked my sister if she herself knew anything about property management upon inquiring about these issues, meanwhile his egregious actions have left a trail of destruction behind.
