He understood the assignment and aced it! He helped us sell our house in California and a buy a house out of state (with the help of an agent from Maine) all at the same time ! Perfect Agent / Perfect Transaction. Daniel handled this transaction above the (already very high) expectations. We couldn't have had a better agent.
