Total Fail, purchased three (3) American Flag keys and one (1) free key.
All Four Keys Do Not work. very frustrating.
The three (3) American Flag keys blade is short and groove is on the wrong side (reversed) will not fit into lock cylinder. The free key does not work the distance to the shoulder is short. EMAILED minute Key the same day I had them made, waiting for a response on where to return the keys for a Refund. Service: Building key copying

I love being able to walk up to the minute key machine for my key copying needs. Its safe, fast and efficient. I specially like that they give you the opportunity to have a digital key sent to you. Service: Building key copying

I had 2 keys made, both keys you need to pull out just a little bit,
you just can't slip them in and turn,
They work, but not like the original keys.
If you put the old key against the new key the new key is just cut more at the top

I had two keys made and only one worked. Tried to log into KeyHero but I cant get a verification e-mail, even though I got my receipts by e-mail. Will have to go back to the store.
