The rent here is reasonable and the location for was perfect. However, I had to sign a contract with a $100 deposit which I was told that I would get back when I left.  I have not received back the $100 deposit! I have called and emailed several times but no response as of yet. Customers beware.

The place could be a nice storage area with no locking gates or codes to enter. And it seems to work out ok if you are male. However, the manager is really warm and friendly while taking your money the first time, but she has an odd one who lives onsite in an old RV who is not at all liking women to rent there. I had only been in facility for two days. I went by early one morning to gather paperwork for court appearance later in the day. It was really windy so I shut the roll up door as to minimize the blowing of papers. I had a friend in with me helping me sort through things. We left and I headed out of town to court. I received s message from the manager stating that I wasn't allowed to live in the unit nor was I allowed to be there at any hours other than 7 am till 9 pm and at no time was I to have the door closed while I was in my unit. And if they thought I was there with door closed they would call the police and have them come lock the unit and I would have to work with her schedule to obtain any possessions.I was quite taken back by this and tried to reach the manager and explain that I was in no way living in my unit and was only there grabbing my papers for court and it was windy. So fromThat point on I left my door open although after speaking with other tenants none of them had heard this or the hours stipulation, but said that the onsite spy had accused another woman of being a prostitute and had called the police on her when she was in her unit one evening, which turned out to be false accusations. I did notice every time I was in my unit the live in would walk laps around and slow down to look inside my unit every time. I left after the first month, but was told by the sheriff that there were people living in the units and went by one night and heard loud opera coming from one of the units. Several people have told me that they have stayed there all night and never had issues. But these were all men. As the onsite informant is a woman who I believe is threatened by any other women who might rent there and drives them out. If you are a woman I'd suggest trying just about anywhere else to rent your storage
