I've worked too many years fighting for a goal that was always out of my reach no matter how hard I worked or what company I switched too. I couldn't be happier here working for RHS. My direct supervisor is attentive and understanding. My manager doesn't micro manage his teams and trust that we get the job done to the best of our ability and unless we prove otherwise. If I struggle with anything I can not only rely on my supervisor to help when needed but all my team members as well. I'm given the tools and ability to excel in my trade and rise to any challenge given to me. If your looking for a place to work this is it. I'm so happy I was guided to this company and can't wait to see what the future holds.
