        Use to work here as a security guard contracted by Defense International Corporation. I would like to make it known to anyone that may see this. Once I departed the company Defence International they issued me my last check which was connected to an account that had insufficient funds. Since Feb 2nd 2024 iv yet to be paid and they've cut all communications with me to resolve the 80 hrs plus I worked here. I was once issued a 24 hr shift at this property without overtime pay to shadow painters while they painted the units. I'm only commenting this as awareness to anyone that cares becuase I'm not the only one that suffered these conditions. I hope any company that is working them sees this and makes the right decision to stop working with them. Please read their reviews and we are all being mis treated.

        Elevators are constantly broke, hallways are extremely dirty and sometimes have pet urine throughout. Homeless situation has gotten worse with people constantly screaming outside close to my unit.

        It's a beautiful community. A particular shout out to Edwin from the maintenance team. He went above and beyond in being helpful. Steve from the maintenance team is super welcoming, and Erica, Genesis and Deb from the office made the move super smooth. Thank you.

        Want to give a huge shoutout to Steve who runs the maintenance team! This guy goes above and beyond to make things happen. Anything you need fixed, him and his team always take care of it. You're nice to them and they're even nicer to you. As nice as this building is, any place is bound to have issues over time. So whenever things pop up, they're always here with a speedy fix. Thanks again fellas!
