The experience was horrible. The floors were supposed to be steam cleaned which is why I went with your company. That alone would have loosened up the dirt. The company that did that for us before seems to not be operating. I paid $170.00 for the floors and the kitchen including stove, refrigerator (inside and out) and cleaning the cabinets. All that for under or around 3 hrs. This time, the floors were not cleaned well and only the stove was cleaned. What makes this worse is that they are gonna lay new floors tomorrow and they were specific about the floors being very clean. I asked for a steam cleaner and was told you had one. My daughter is going behind them and cleaning what she can I am very disappointed and would appreciate getting my deposit back!

I scheduled this company to perform a home cleaning. The day they were supposed to perform services, they cancelled. Day of. I have been attempting to get my deposit refunded since April 18th, and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Every time I speak to someone on the phone they assure me they are working on it and blame their automated payment system instead of working urgently to provide a solution. I will gladly take my business to a more reliable company.

Beverly home cleaning did a great job deep cleaning my apartment when I moved it. We had beautiful tiles in our kitchen and bathroom but they were stained black from the pervious owners. The cleaners made the tiles like new again. The whole place looked great and the service was overall great.

This is a total SCAM, dont fall for it. Awful experience and management, first booked them for cleaning our yard they first charged me 250.80$ as deposit then the day before service they cancelled then instead of refund me they charged me again for 250.80$, its been over a month trying to get my money refunded. Finally had to call my bank dispute the charges and cancel my card to get my money back, Never use them they are terrible. Havent experienced such scam.
