        I would have given them five stars but I had a UPS shipping issue. My experience working with this company was very good. I called about a unique color bezel for a Samsung Frame TV and spoke with Adrien. They had it in stock when no one else did. Adrien was responsive and sent the item by UPS with a tracking number. When it didn't arrive in 5 days, I called and he traced the package and it was MIA. So he quickly sent another one and it arrived in perfect condition in 2 days. He followed up to make sure that it arrived and that I was happy. Excellent service!

        Highly recommend. We purchased two TVs and several speakers with help with Sayid from Video & Audio Center on Wilshire Boulevard. Sayid was such a knowledgeable salesperson who has extensive expertise on TVs and sound systems. We're grateful to have purchased locally. Sayid even came out to my car to help me with returning something - their customer service is unmatched!
