This is the second time I used SMEE for a water damage problem at a property.  Andrew is quick to respond and all of the work was performed in an excellent, very professional manner.  I highly recommend their services.

If only 10 star reviews were available for absolutely incredible work.  I am such a fan I would happily personally talk to anyone considering hiring Andrew about my own experience and why they can stop searching and hire Andrew.I will try to elaborate:1. Extremely fair approach to solutions and pricing2. Clear explanations of a situation - calmed me down considerably (I was furious)3. Incredibly responsive - outstanding communication4. Extremely high quality work5. Honest, clear, helpful, REALISTICAndrew came in to help AFTER I had a different mold inspection company representative dramatically look at my wall and attempt to create complete and unwarranted panic.  To say I was ambivalent about working with anyone in the mold industry is an understatement.  Trust level = 0.  I was ready to despise and write off the entire industry.Andrew was completely honest, upfront and realistic from the first phone call.  He straight-talked us, gave us a clear sense of what the results we saw really meant and told us before any work started what he expected to see, what he would probably need (and more importantly NOT need) to do, and how much it would cost.  Much of what the first company was suggesting was superfluous and expensive.  Andrew took it way down with logic, an honest and rational approach.  I can't say enough good things about him.  We googled our situation to the ends of the internet and everything Andrew did was literally the perfect solution.  Not too little, not too much.  Hire this company, it may be the only great one out there.

Needed water remediation work done for a condo I purchased. Andrew provided a quote in a very timely manner, very fair price and even helped treat some additional areas affected with repair of the walls for no additional charge. Super professional throughout the whole process and very good communication. Provided daily progress reports (with pictures) to let me know exactly what was being done. 3rd party did final testing to make sure work was completed to normal range. Highly recommend Andrew and his team for anyone who needs to have water remediation work done!
