They told me it would take about an hour and a half wait. The installer showed me why they could not warranty my windshield and I understood. He went the extra mile I did the best he could. I was very satisfied and will use them again.

Santa Monica's official auto glass was amazing! Even though they had the wrong windscreen at first, they fixed it, contacted me within an hour to schedule another appointment, and came out on a Sunday in the cold and rain to fix it. The tech who fixed my windscreen was friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even when we had to move the car up the road due to the rain!
