        The Cleaning Authority was my trusted cleaning service for more than a year. Their cleaning teams were prompt, professional and friendly, and they always did a great job, which is why I continued to be a regular customer. The one star, then, is because of the way this business was shut down with no warning (or wages, apparently) to the staff of cleaners or notice to their customers. They wiped the Santa Monica office off their website without even telling anyone what was going on. Any company who would throw their employees and customers under the bus like that is one I would beware of, so I will avoid Cleaning Authority franchises in the future. Disappointing and surprising.
