I've worked with Commercial Mortgage Broker for several years on many projects. Their creative problem solving skills are amazing. I highly recommend them. Especially for the tough deals.

I just spoke to one of their Brokers about helping my team with commercial loans. We are in the residential loan business but recently had one of our clients tell us he is getting into Commercial building and needs someone that can handle commercial loans. Since we do not do commercial lending, we reached out to a few Brokers and we all agree. These guys seem to be pros and have a ton of knowledge... We look forward to working with them

I desperately needed to get a Land Loan for a piece of property next to our current property in San Diego. We have a long standing business here and the vacant land next to us just went up for sale. The owner had gave us a heads up that he was selling and told us a Bar wanted the property. We do not want a bar next to us, plus we really need to expand. We struggled trying to secure funding with our bank, then a friend gave us this referral to Financial Compound. After a bit of work and plan of action, they got us approved and funded. Very happy with their services and expertise in Commercial lending for vacant land.

These guys know there stuff, if they can't get a deal done, no one can. I needed a bridge loan for a construction project that has been held up due to finances. I found these guys on Google and after speaking with them, we decided to give them a shot. Bottom line, they pulled it off and we are back on track. Highly recommend
