Just Filo

I met the owner Guillermina awhile back when she was working at another similar store on Montana, that is since closed. I'm happy to see that she has now just opened up this new store of her own and it's just great! I have already made several purchases and am going back again shortly to buy more. She's Argentinian so in addition to her utterly charming accent, her customer service has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Not only is the store is beautiful, but she has a very nice selection of very interesting plant choices and accessories. And on top of that, her prices are extremely reasonable, especially for "Montana Ave."! In a time where so many businesses come and go, it's so nice and refreshing to see quality, selection, great customer service and sane pricing. Even if you're not a huge plant person, she has really unique gifts that will sure to be winners. I know it's unusual to ask a proprietor why she doesn't charge MORE, but I did! She said she intentionally wanted to keep the prices reasonable. Having said that, please giving this very deserving vendor a look-see when you're on Montana, or make a special trip; you'll be glad you did. PS- Ask her to tell you the story on how the name came to be...
