        Love this store. Octavio (the owner and manager) is the BEST! He personally makes the store feel like your friendly neighborhood store that is so rare these days. And everyone else who works here is great too. Amazing experience every time. Today, I went to do a simple Amazon return and it was very easyand then Octavio gave my 2 year old son a balloon! :)

        Frankly, did not know a ups experience could be so lovely. I will be looking forward for another opportunity to return to this ups. The two young gentlemen at this location were so competent and friendly and I would trust these men with my life. No shipping problem too difficult. Corporate should make them ceo. Thank you, ups ocean park for reminding me what it means to be alive.
