I got a flat tire on my way to work and had to find a near by tire shop to replace my spare tire. Byron Woodley Tire was close by and also saw that it had very good reviews on Google so I trusted that I was going to good shop. Once I arrived, they changed the back tire and I was ready to leave. Price was $120 for one tire. I did not mind paying the price because it was urgent and I had to get to work. However, once driving it on a freeway at speeds of over 60 mi/hr, my car felt shaky/bouncy and did not drive the same as before. So, I brought it back the next morning and the person I talked to was very dismissive about the problem and stated that this issue was likely already there before the tire was changed ....even though I explained that this was not an issue beforehand. He stated that they did not do anything to the back tire to have caused the bounce when I drive. He stated that they did not lift the car and barely did anything to the car to cause damage. He said that they can balance the wheels but stated balancing the front tires had nothing to do with their work. Balancing would be $20 each tire. Dismissing the concern about the change in the car and responding in a more defensive manner was very disappointing. Their poor customer service has dissuaded me to come back to this tire shop. I wish I would have driven an extra mile to go to a different tire shop. I will not be recommending this tire shop. If you are desperate or don't care about customer service, then they definitely have tires here and can likely do the work. But for me, customer service is the most important aspect about a business and Byron Woolley Tire definitely needs to do better about customer service.

fast service. honest. i had a very slow leak in a tire on my SUV and originally went to samo wheel next door. however they dont service tires and recommended these guys. was originally quoted a two hour wait but they were able to get it done within an hour. impressed. will be back if i get another flat.
