Bay Screens & Shades

Lynda Barnes called in about a week ago friday demanding we tell whoever parked in their parking spot to move, because they were about to be towed. She got extremely upset when I tried explaining to her that it was not one of our patients, so there was no way for me to figure it out like she kept saying. She called in a very rude tone and then wrote a negative review for our business.

I'm giving 5 stars for the repair of an automated custom set of a huge blackout shade and equally large top-bottom Somfy shades. Eddie and also their workshop people are quite knowledgeable in all the technical and aesthetic details, which is especially important given the safety issues of huge heavy shades and the electric components. As a bonus, I got many diagnostic and prevention tips -- it's great to see such expertise and communication with the final delivery. They were able to make all the shades look and work great, even though the original installers made some quirky decisions.

Reliable they are not! I had an appointment for this afternoon. They called last night and asked to change the appointment to 9am. I work and made this appointment weeks ago. I said I'm not available at 9 am. Got a call today that they were having car trouble and would have to reschedule. What a bogus call?!? I couldn't accommodate their new time request so they cancelled my appointment that I was waiting for for weeks. They can't possibly think I would reschedule.  Please hire anyone who respects your time.

I walked in and met with the Owner Greg. I need rolling shades some motorized for my home In Brentwood. He showed me many options and worked out all the details. When the materials came in, Greg got everything installed immediately. The work is excellent and the house is beautiful. My friends were really impressed with the motorized shades. Thank you Greg and Bay Shades.
