Coddingtown Mall Apartments

I stayed here for over a year and I've gotta say: of all places I have stayed in the past, this one was the best experience. The owners are really great people. They're hardworking and honestly: an adorable couple. The people who live in this complex are really great too. There's a sense of community among the longer-term residents. If you're shy though, nobody is going to make you uncomfortable. It's a really safe place to live. Not to mention, the prices are great for the area.Finally, the living areas are spacious. All accommodations are present within the living space with the exception of on-site laundry which is not a large inconvenience since it is centrally located. It's also a well maintained laundry space. In my whole stay they were only full once and I never had any clothing stolen or tampered with.Honestly, I'm gonna miss living here. A sense of nostalgia overcomes me when I think of the view from my apartment window as it would rain. Thanks again for the great year Coddingtown Mall Apt.

Grumpy mean landlord couples. Apparently you can even hang a small rug over the fence or put your shoes out by the door. Buy and be wared! Don't believe it, try it.

My time here has come to an end, due to an impromptu family-size change, but I feel compelled to share my experience of living here for over 2 and a half years. From the very beginning, I felt  safe and accepted here amongst the staff and neighbors. Nancy gave us an opportunity when I was on the eve of being 21 and placed good faith in us young people. Living here was peaceful and worthy. The apartment itself is a standard 1 bedroom with a very, VERY large bedroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom is rather small, but adequate. The kitchen was standard, and all electric, dishwasher included. It is an awesome one-bedroom apartment, and probably the most affordable in town. Gustavo and I still reminisce about it and would gladly go back if we ever needed to. Water and garbage are included in the price of rent. I am glad I was able to call it home. Not to mention, the property is always maintained and maintenance is super fast and helpful.
