Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with an auto shop. Their customer service was great. Had an issue with my radiator that was still under warranty so they contacted my previous mechanic to coordinate a replacement part. It was ordered and installed, only for them to realize the new radiator was faulty. They immediately notified me, ordered a new part, and resolved the issue. Great communication and integrity, which is exactly what you want when youre new to an area and looking for a trusted auto shop. They will have my business and referrals for years to come!

Always an amazing experience. Went in to get an inspection for my 2011 BMW 328XI Touring, guys got me in and out with a full sheet of honest accurate repairs and gave me a really good estimate! Priced very fairly and the only BMW Repair Techs I will ever trust! They also have free (i think, i just kinda took them) Peanuts! (may not actually be free) Ill be back soon!

My father gave me his 2000, BMW 540i T and looked for a shop that could look the car over and let us know what repairs if any needed to be done. North Bay Bavarian was great to work with. I felt that they were professional, honest and accurate with their review of the car and that the great work they did was done in a timely manner and their pricing was fair. We will definitely be back again.
