Chase Bank

Tried to call to get a hold of this specific branch and it's an endless loop of numbers at which point it ends up hanging up on you at the end because no one picks up. It also asks you to do a survey at the end but hangs up on you it's frustratingly hilarious. The reason I called was because I deposited a large sum of money which they kept for 2 weeks without funding my account and my check bounced which they told me nothing about and now it's gone to collections.

Most uncustomer oriented place I have ever delt with they told me to go to another bank to cash my check like I didnt have an account at chase I am closing my account an will tell everyone I know never to deal with chase

I have been with this bank for many years and had my share of life's mishaps llnesses and this ank has never offered any kind of help on overdraft fees or forgiveness. On fees particularly for a person with disabilities on a very strict fixed income . I have not changed bank s ecause I don't drive anymore and have difficulty walking but tomorrow it will be closed the fees alone keep my account in negative overdrawn months at a time. Huge disappointment hope I never have to bank there again.

My experience with Chase today was very efficient, kind, and informational. Even though I was closing my accounts I was treated with great kindness and consideration from both the teller And the personal banker Solomon. I appreciate this experience and am still smiling. 1 star missing because Chase has raised all their fees... i have been feed out of banking here.

The ATM has not worked for 3 weeks. If you go inside to get some money, it is slow, slow, slow. I don't want to spend 15 minutes to get some cash.The teller says they know about the broken ATMs. Why don't they fix them?
