While participating in Chamber Membership as a Branch Manager with American River Bank, I was particularly impressed with the Workforce Development initiatives of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber. Two stand out programs employers can utilize to benefit their employees and ultimately our workforce in Sonoma County are WHEEL and YPN. I highly recommend reaching out to the Metro Chamber at your earliest convenience to take advantage of these programs!

The SR Metro Chamber is a great organization that promotes the understanding of and help for small and large businesses alike.
