We recently used Carrington Construction for two bathroom remodels and had a great experience.  They were super professional, cleaned up the construction area and other areas impacted at the end of the day, and did high quality work.  The owner of the company Troy Carrington is responsive, easy to work with, communicates any issues that come up along the way and always provides several different options taking into account budget, practicality, etc.  I would absolutely recommend them w/o hesitation for any big or small residential projects.

He left the toilet in my shower and the tub full of debris. I had to hire someone to come in and reinstall it. He ripped up my floor and then said, you will need to get someone else to put new floors in. He started the job and left it a mess. It got worst once I said no to his painting bid. His price was double the price of 2 other estimates and when I told him I went with someone else, he was done working with me. I had to buy new outlet covers, new door pins, new heat registers because his guys misplaced them. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Drywall repair

I am 3 weeks into and 8 week project working with Carrington Construction on a Commercial Tenant Improvement project in San Francisco.  Troy's attention to detail, responsiveness and patience with the 3 business partners involved has far exceeded my expectations!  He initiates conversations with project updates and calls to explain any potential shifts in the project.
