Some of the staff are really nice but they dont do a good job on braces i got mine done i payed 5000 for it my teeth is not in place i used the retainer everyday and my teeth is all out of place not worth paying so much for this cheap job they do. Really disappointed :( i work hard for that money and for them to no do a good job they really dont care about u

I came in here with a hot tooth and I do have insurance however I was turned away because it was Saturday and they couldnt or wouldnt see me. The reason was they cant verify my insurance. I am/was in so much pain I would have paid the cost up front and settled it later with the insurance. I wouldnt want to be a paient of this practice because ethics shows clearly.

I brought my two kids to a 2:00 check up and cleaning appointment and they didn't even get seen till 4:45 and even then all they did was shoot my kids full of x- rays. The actual dentist spent not even 5 minutes looking at each kid. He then referred them out to get their cleanings done elsewhere. Western dental boomers bombards children full of radiation with little or no intent to treat. How they have escaped criminal prosecution thus far is an absolute miracle to me.

This was a scam. After not seeing a dentist for cleanings after over 2 years, I went in knowing I would need a deep cleaning. After two appointments (1 for Xray + 1 for exam) they said I only needed a standard cleaning, and tried to sell me a take-home periodontal kit for $1,250. They wanted to put me on a 3-year payment plan. The cost for a regular dental cleaning, should average between $75 and $85, while the average cost for periodontal scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) is between $275 and about $980. They demanded well over the price of a deep-cleaning (in a manner not covered by insurance) for a regular dental cleaning. I suspect they will seek to charge my insurance for the extra unnecessary appointments - essentially billing them and trying to bill me for an overpriced self-care product simultaneously. A complete waste of time, and an overpriced scam designed to trap people who haven't ever been to a reputable dentist. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
