From the very start this company had very poor communication. This is ultimately where things failed. I patronized this company because my brother and sister in law highly recommended them and have had them file their taxes for years, sadly our one and only experience left many things left to be explained and understood. I provided them 1 email address and they couldn't even get that right. Bottom line I suggest using another organization.

I have been using Montgomery Taylor & Company for several years now in regards to my taxes and my investments.Their service and expertise has been very important to me. I know I can depend on them to give me the right advice and know that they are current in any new laws that come along. If anyone is looking for a great company to do their taxes or investments, Montgomery Taylor & Company is for you. During this past 4 or more years Monty Taylor did a great job in keeping with investments producing and this year, I even received a large refund back on my taxes.I love the fact that Montgomery Taylor & Company has old fashion values in that they care about their clients, give incredible customer service, yet stay current and vital in today's environment. I decided to have a professional do my taxes this year, and I came to this office to do so.  The staff was very friendly and my taxes were completed in a timely manner.  I was very pleased and will probably come back next year.  This office also has a lawyer that offers advice on will and trusts.

My husband and I were led to Monty via word of mouth. We had been unhappy with our last CPA. Over priced and not very interested in us and our business. It was exactly opposite with Monty. The two times we have sat down with him, he has given us more than an hour of his time finding out about our lives and our business. Not only did he do our taxes, he strategized on what we can do to improve our profit for our small business.On our first meeting with him he said he likes to be in touch with his clients throughout the year, not just at tax time. In the first week of being his clients we found this to be true. He has given us marketing tools and sent us an article he found and thought might be useful to us. Something unexpected. On top of all that, our taxes were completed very fast and for a reasonable price.
